The Power of the Tounge

What we eat heavily impacts our mental health, thoughts, emotions and mood. When we eat late at night, lack exercise, and do not get adequate sleep, we deprive our body the proper time to break down proper nutrients and remove toxic waste. When waste sits in our body, it results in tiredness, sluggishness, irritability, dark circles around the eyes, and bloated stomachs.

A great solution is to start by having an eating schedule, drinking half a gallon of water every day, and getting a colonic.

A Colonic is pain-free irrigation of the colon, to flush out waste, and toxins sitting in the intestines. This results in weight loss, regular bowel movements, more energy, and removal of dark circles.

Rest & Relax

When we neglect to rest and relax daily, it prevent our body from healing itself naturally. This prevents us from having rational thinking, proper energy, and it effects our perspective.

You don’t have to answer the phone, you don’t have to attend every event, but you do have to take care of yourself.

Get some sun light and fresh air. When we are constantly trapped in front of computers and phones, we deprived ourselves of functioning outdoors where we can be active in physical activity, relaxation, & time with others. Budgeting our time and money for vacation is essential. That comes with proper planning, adjusting, and having the right mindset to explore nature and not just the internet.
